Pāʻia
An open-air garden café up Baldwin Avenue from Pāʻia town, serving breakfast plates, fish sandwiches, tacos, açaí bowls and poke made with Maui produce; mains run roughly $17–28. Vegetarian and vegan options (tofu and vegetables in the coconut curry), plus gluten-free bread and pancakes. An easy breakfast before the Road to Hāna or a lunch on the way back, and its shuttle into town saves hunting for parking in Pāʻia.
