Waialea is a section of Hāpuna Beach State Recreation Area: open 7 AM–7:30 PM; non-residents pay $5 per person plus $10 per vehicle parking (residents free with ID). No reservation for Lava Lava Beach Club's bar; book dinner tables on its site.
